Project outline

£250m mixed use development located on the seafront in Hove, Brighton.  The development design is a joint venture between Gehry and Partners and HOK SVE.  This will be the first commission undertaken in England by Frank Gehry the iconoclastic architect responsible for the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and more recently the Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.
