The new City Campus accommodates the University’s Law, Business and Design Schools.

The Schools of Law and Business share the larger (16,000m²) of the two buildings with the Design school occupying the eastern building of 8,000m².

Designed as an environmental flagship, the highly visible landmark building will create a new heart to the University.

  • Solar shading on southern façade formed by solar collectors to contribute to space and water heating.
  • Full building performance model created to demonstrate Part L2 compliance.

  • Data and power distributed via raised floors.
  • Major infrastructure provision including diverse routing of communications links.
