Cardinal Place

Project outline

A mixed use development comprising three new buildings providing over 500,000ft² of high quality office accommodation and 200,000ft² of retail units including Marks and Spencer, Topshop, Zara, Boots, wagamamas, etc.

The new development shares a common basement with two existing buildings.  These five buildings are combined to provide underground access to each building on the site, retail delivery loading bay and parking for 372 cars.

Whilst the construction took place access to the retained building had to be maintained.  Also the District and Circle line runs directly under the building, therefore extensive safety precautions were in place to ensure no damage was caused to the tunnel during the construction process.
