We are acknowledged as leaders in the field of sustainable building design. We actively lead the sustainability strategy for the projects advising on issues such as energy efficiency, water, renewables, waste, materials and carbon emissions. We use sophisticated simulation software to analyse the interaction of sun, wind and building fabric to determine the optimal performance of the proposed building. This approach enables us to deliver buildings with a low carbon footprint and low energy consumption. 

We use sophisticated engineering and modelling tools to rapidly evaluate options and alternative design solutions in the early design stages. This enables us to present the client with clear options and evaluate appropriate solutions with the team, taking a holistic approach to structure, façade and building services.

In detailed design, we use the very latest 3D modelling to identify and resolve potential clashes and to explore ‘buildability’ on the drawings, saving the client time and cost.
