Key features
- London – new corporate headquarters for finance business. High quality office accommodation for 350 in west end of London. Leased premises refurbished with strip out back to ceilings and raised floors and subsequent re-instatement of cellular offices, open plan spaces, meeting rooms, cafeteria, board room, theatre and operational facilities
- Warsaw – fit out of leased office space for 50 corporate personnel including meeting rooms. Full duties with engineering and interior design alongside project management
- Dubai – developer instructed facility of 65,000 square feet. Project management to ensure base build completed to client requirement and management of fit out programme. Completed facility to house over 300 personnel in Middle East headquarters with high quality office accommodation, meeting rooms, product show room, crisis control centre, medical facility, gymnasium, canteen, underground car parking, executive suite and operational facilities
- Doha – support on completion of 60,000 square feet developer-led offices with completion of outstanding works, settlement of accounts and troubleshooting engineering issues
- Johannesburg – fabric and engineering survey to identify and cost all non-compliance issues and to support operational improvement. First stage of larger review on refurbishment, relocation and disposal options as part of strategic property review in the region
- Milan – developer led facility of over 70,000 square feet. Reassessment of business need, buy-in from users to relocation from over 14 separate offices in the city. Initial review of space management and schedule to ensure business keeps ahead of developer demands for information
- Brussels – value-engineering and costing of refurbishment of European headquarters. Presentation to senior business executives for sign off and subsequent procurement activity
- London – support to refurbishment of new London leased office premises for 100 staff
