Faber Maunsell have, since 1997, been the retained Building Engineering Consultants to Pizza Hut UK. Over this period, Faber Maunsell have assisted Pizza Hut in substantial growth of their estate whilst supporting the maintenance of the existing estate. Faber Maunsell have developed a partnering type agreement with Pizza Hut and a highly developed supply chain of partnering contractors to deliver Pizza Hut's long term expansion strategy. Capital Funds in excess of £35m have been expended under Faber Maunsell's direction and supervision.
