We act as an expert interface between clients and building designers to ensure that the client’s IT and communication system requirements are fulfilled. 

The IT and Communications Group provides a comprehensive range of specialist services, ranging from strategic consultancy and design of physical IT infrastructure for new and refurbished buildings through to specification and full implementation of bespoke voice, data and video projects.

Ultimately, our objective is to ensure that our clients can move into buildings precisely tailored to their present and future business IT and communications needs.

We work with architects and engineers to apply IT and communications systems and networks within the broader framework of construction projects. As a result, we are ideally placed to act as the interface between a client’s IT department and the overall building process.

We are entirely independent, with no vendor or supplier affiliations. This gives our clients a significant benefit over the traditional supplier-led proposition as we are in a position to recommend products and systems purely in terms of their suitability to the individual client’s requirements.

We have detailed knowledge of all current and emerging IT and communications technologies and are constantly researching and evaluating new cabling products. 

Our service offer includes user requirement analysis, feasibility reports and option appraisals, detailed design and specification, followed by tender evaluation and procurement consultancy as well as full project management and implementation capabilities to ensure compliance with current regulations or standards.
