Facilities
Our Facilities Management team specialises in issues relating to the maintenance and operation of buildings during their working life. The primary objective is to provide owners, tenants, landlords, developers and agents with a complete building management service aimed specifically at meeting their business needs.

We have developed rigorous commissioning/handover regimes and performance evaluation techniques that generate feedback from building users and operators with a view to influencing future designs.
Our comprehensive property and facilities management services incorporate strategic advice, full maintenance and asset management support, and pre-acquisition surveys.
We reinforce client's in-house strengths with independent specialist advice and management support, including outsourcing reviews, preparation of specifications and service level agreements, and management of tendering and appointment processes. We subsequently run help desk and asset management systems, audit the performance of service providers and provide timely and relevant management information.
Our innovative concept of people, premises and process integration, aims to align building performance with organisational objectives to deliver improved profitability, assist with the recruitment and retention of staff and optimise asset utilisation. We have developed a suite of in-house tools and models to co-ordinate and streamline client's activities - for example, our Continuous Improvement in Facilities Management process includes a compliance MOT, best practise check, value for money analysis, and 'achieving excellence' procedure.
