A key element of the EFQM Excellence Model, and indeed of the Construction Best Practice Programme, is the ability to measure our performance in achieving the results that we have planned.

One of Faber Maunsell's primary objectives is to achieve and sustain a professional status that stands comparison to the best companies in the world. In pursuit of this objective, the company has embraced the EFQM Excellence Model as a framework to continuously improve our performance to all of our stakeholders.

The Excellence Model was created by the European Foundation for Quality Management in order to help organisations achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

The ethos of the Excellence Model is that People Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction and a positive Impact on Society are achieved through Leadership, People Management, Policy and Strategy, Resources and Processes, leading ultimately to excellence in Key Results.
